I just love these little monstah's I bought from Stamping Bella. So cute for a little boy's b-day, I made this for my friend's son Jack. Basic grey lime rickey paper and prismacolor pencils for coloring.

And now for something completely different.......
I made a little matching set of baby items for the office manager at hubby's work. A bib, burp pad, and change pad backed with terry cloth, and then a blanket backed with Minky Chenille. She knows it's a boy, so now we just have to wait a little longer to meet him! The top photo is a close up of the chenille, it is so soft and cuddly, perfect for a new baby!

Sunday Sketchers
I used this cute lovebeetle Huggabugg by Christy Croll for the Sweet Sunday Sketch. Lots of glossy accents on the hearts and the headlight to make them pop. And of course stickles on the wings, and prismacolor pencils to color the image. This is the SSSC52.
TESC 98
I made this card for my daughter's 5th birthday, coming up on the 27th. I used a cupcake image from Sunshine designs and a sketch from the Taylored Expressions blog. Such a versatile sketch this week!

Taylored Expressions challenge
Then I found another blog that also does card sketches. So I thought I'd play along with this one as well. I found it at the Taylored Expressions Blog . I used a stamp by Sunshine Designs and the paper is from My Mind's Eye.
Sunday Sketchers challenge
I just stumbled across a website that provides a card sketch every Sunday. So, this is the sketch for January 10th from The Sweetest Thing- Sunday Sketches . I used all Stamping Up! product for this one, and stamped each turtle a second time and cut out their shells, then added foam tape underneath. The turtle is from the new stamp set called Fox Friends.

Love Bandit Valentine Card
A night at the Juno's
I'm finally scrapbooking our picture and ticket from when we went to the Juno awards, almost 4 years ago! I can't believe the ticket actually lasted and didn't get thrown away! Anyhow, I used some new paper from the Be Loved collection by My Mind's Eye, and I love those alpha stickers by American Crafts. Another designer named Karen Thind provided the sketch for this layout, it will be posted on Scraptivity on Jan. 15th.

Appley Huggabug
Here is a recent stamp I ordered from Stamping Bella, her name is Appley Huggubug. I colored her in with prismacolor pencils, used glossy accents to make the apples shiny and stickles for her wings. The patterned paper is new from October Afternoon, their Farm Fresh line and I thought the colors and fruit would match perfectly with this stamp. Have a good day!

Gift box
A little gift box I made from some leftover paper from the Teresa Collins paper. The stamps in the background are the 7 Gypsies Venice stamps that are part of the kit this month, the ribbon was wrapped around a pair of jammies my mother in law gave me for Christmas!! What can I say, I like to recycle.
Venice
Inspiration board
The Scraptivity
kit this month featured a piece of corkboard that I decorated into my inspiration board. In the vellum envelope, I wrote a list of projects that I want to accomplish in 2010. This includes sewing, knitting and paper crafts! We'll see how much I get done by next January!
7 Gypsies stamps
Also featured in the kit this month are some beautiful stamps by 7 Gypsies, the Venice line. I've used some patterned paper by Teresa Collins, stamped in the bottom left corner with one of the venice stamps, then used 2 more for the main images. I covered the glass lamp with Rangers Glossy Accents to make it appear like glass.
