Marathon of sewing..

 This week I've been trying to cross some items off my craft fair sewing list.  The above is an awesome tray full of reusable snack bags, they take way longer to make than they look!!  Anyhow, now have a stock of 30, one item crossed off!

I was in PEI last week and had a chance to visit a beautiful shop in Charlottetown called Emmett and Ellie's.  The whole store is full of locally made products, and I found this awesome wood tray there (I think I need and intervention when it comes to buying wood trays and furniture, but I mean look at it, how could I leave it there?).  I plan on filling it with greeting cards but for now have the list takers there that I made this week as well.

I know I said I was done with the craft fair sewing, but then I had all this cute fabric and pink, green, and blue lining for these adorable snack bags so I just had to make them. And now, I'm finished.

3 more sleeps until Back to School!

My girls wanted some new snack bags to bring to school, and a set of matching ones for their friends! I had them choose the fabric and quickly sewed these up for them.

Reusable snack bags

I made these yesterday for part of a birthday party gift. They are great for dry snacks for school, in the car etc. and are machine washable. I use nylon for the inside, so lots of times I just brush the crumbs out with a damp cloth.
