I love this little bee! I embossed him in disco black and used various twinkling H2O's to paint him in. This is for my niece Madison's birthday party on Saturday.
Here is my entry for week #9 at 52 sketches. Most of the paper is October Afternoon, grungeboard snowflakes painted with distress paint, stickles and MM buttons in the center.
Here's our outfits from the 70's party we went to in October. Steve wanted to be a go-go girl, not sure if he pulled it off-but man he is one ugly woman!! The scan didn't show the little circles very well, irl it's actually silver mirror paper and looks like little disco balls.
Here's Charlotte doing her butterfly runs in her ballet class. She helped me write the journalling and said dancing like a princess was her favorite part of class. All paper is My Mind's Eye
Imagine, a card that I've made with NO STAMPING!! The butterfly was die-cut with my slice machine, I added the antennae and the little beads for the body. The patterned paper is all SU!
We visited a butterfly conservatory in St. Thomas and Charlotte was lucky enough to hold a butterfly while she was there! This is new embossed bazzil paper that I colored in with shimmer chalks, both available at Carousel Rubber Stamps. The butterfly is by Sunshine designs.
I did this layout as part of a sketch challenge at www. 52sketches52weeks.com. Finally using this scalloped paper, and this picture is almost 1 year old! I'm so behind in my scrapbooking, so I'm hoping this website will help me get at least one layout a week finished!
