The Library Project Update

Pin ItHere we are, time for the monthly Library Project check in, (see button on sidebar for details).  I have completed the top of my first quilt on the list-the pattern is from Allison Harris's book Growing Up Modern.  I just love the colors, and am pleased with how it all came together.  I have the fabric cut for my next twin sized quilt, and the chevron quilt fabric is chosen as well.

I love this!  Just have to figure out how to quilt it!!

It's WIP Wednesday at The Needle and Thread Network, and with Lee at Freshly Pieced.  I finally have a large quilt to share, so I'm linking to both of these sites today!

Straight line on the diagonal... but then again, that's my default for how to quilt pretty much anything! :) Still lovin' those fabrics!

Looks great Jeanette. So pretty. I like Jenn's idea of diagonal lines. Sorry you had to miss yesterday's get-together. It was such fun. Fingers crossed for next time.

so beautiful! I think an all over pattern may look nice on this too like a big stipple (says she who cannot stipple) The fabrics are so great up close!

The quilt is lovely. I adore the colour combinations. I can picture cuddling under it, to read a good book (a quilt book, of course).

That quilt makes me think of watermelons and sudoku, I am curious what you'll come up with to quilt it.
