This is daisyvw by Stamping Bella, for the youngest teacher in Charlotte's class. I colored this with SU! markers, My Mind's Eye polka dot paper.

Madame Sophie

This is a card for Madame Sophie, one of Charlotte's 3 preschool teachers. Thanks to them and the program she was in, she speaks French!! This stamp is from the new SU! catalogue (hostess set) Because I Care. I used prismas for coloring, and stickles for some added sparkle.

Steve's Father's Day card

Hope Steve likes the card- I think it's so cute. It's based on the sketch on the Bloggabella website for Bellarific Friday on the 25th. This time I dug out my SU! markers and used those for coloring for a change.

Cards for Claire's teachers

Here's a card I made to thank Claire's teacher for all her work this year. It's a Taylored Expressions stamp that I colored with prisma's. It's a little blurry on the bottom, this new scanner we have is likely better at scanning flat images, and my cards are always bumpy!

Goldfish kissing

This little fishbowl is by Taylored Expressions and I think it's so cute. It's hard to see from the scan but I used shimmer chalk by Pebbles for the water in the bowl. Looks better in real life!

Emmeline Apron

I'm back in the sewing mode again. I did NO housework today, and don't really care because I made this fab apron instead!! Claire (my 8 year old) was so kind as to snap the photos for my blog. The fabric is Joel Dewberry, found at the quilt shop in Bedeque, PEI.

Trying to get back in the mood....

Here we are at Animal Kingdom for the first day of our vacation. This was in the morning before it was ridiculously hot out! I made the embellishment on the bottom left with a spellbinders pendant, some stamps/embossed images, stickles and 2 white flowers which I spritzed with maya mist. I'm liking the end result, I followed some tutorials Christine Middlecamp had on her blog this week.

Father's day card and TESC 116

I colored a couple of these images for Father's day, one for my Dad and one for Steve's. Obviously not going to give this one to my hubby, not very handy I'm afraid. Anyhow, this is a Stamping Bella image, and I used the sketch from this weeks Taylored Expression blog. I'm loving my new Memento Desert sand ink! Great for shading.

Maria's b-day card

Another cute Bella stamp, I think this is Meredith in a teacup. I love her hair, if I'd colored it black it looks like mine in the morning! Anyhow, some My Mind's Eye paper, SU! cardstock, and I'm loving the Desert Sand memento ink I just purchased at Kelly's, it's just the right color for distressing around the edges.

Road Trip to Windsor!!

We went to Windsor this morning to visit my friend Kelly's new stamping/scrapbooking store! I'm so happy for her, and her store is awesome. Loved the colors, so much designer paper, and little dew drops, inks, stamps etc. I took some pictures to share. My friends Joanna and Christine came for the ride too. Enjoy!

Surfer Dude

Sometimes, it's hard to think of cards for teen boys, so I came up with this one for a recent Stamp a Stack we did at Cole Harbour Place. It's a stamp by SU!, I clear embossed it on white paper, then used lots of inks on top of the image. I'm pretty happy with the end result, a little different from what I normally do!
