Girlfriend card

This is a bday card for my good friend Joanna (hope she doesn't check this today!). I still have to run this over to her. I love this stamp, 2 girls sharing a latte together, oh you can just imagine the conversation!! Happy Birthday Joanna!

Amy Butler Frenchy Handbag!

Look what I made yesterday!! So cute, love the fabric. The pattern is Amy Butler and so is the fabric, found it at Hawthorne Threads. I wish it was a little bigger, but cute all the same.

Sk8ter boy

Here is one more card with the same color scheme, I used this little skateboard boy by Stamping Bella. I think he's so cute, and different for me to color since I mainly do girlie cards! I used glossy accents on his glasses as well to make them shine.

Ornaments instead of mittens....

I have some of this paper left over from SAS so I thought I would change the image up a bit. I used the ornaments from the SU! set A Cute Christmas and just repeated the image a few times. With my quickie glue pen, I added glitter ritz to the ornaments, and on the dark blue area glossy accents.

Mittens card

And the last card I did for today. The blue background paper is a lattice embossing folder by Stampin Up! that is so pretty. I love the depth of the embossing on that folder, lots of details. The mittens are from a set in the mini called A Cute Christmas.

Merry Crittermas!

Here is another one of the cards I did for Stamp-a-Stack today. Everyone loved the simplicity of it, and that new cherry cobbler paper by Stampin Up! is such a beautiful color. The workshop went well, lots of fun but now I'm tired after all day!!

Lily Elf

Here is a cute little Elf by pink cat studio that I bought at My Stamping Studio a couple of weeks ago (and it is only being inked up now!). Anyhow, love the stamp, and the bright background paper is Harmonie, the colors match the retired SU! papers perfectly (bermuda breeze and the teal).

Blue and Silver glitter ritz

I used a double sided peel off tree to create this card with 4 different colors of glitter ritz. I start with the outline of the tree (silver) and then add each individual piece back in, so the sticker for the trunk next, then the blue area ending with the red dots. It took a long time to piece it all back but the result in person is fabulous. Love the sparkle of glitter ritz.

Sunshine Designs 3 trees

I love this stamp. I love embossing it with gold embossing powder and then painting in with twinkling H2O's. It's a larger stamp, I find it looks wonderful on 5 1/2 square cards. And this is a fitting post since we had a few snow flurries this afternoon!! Yes, winter is coming, the sooner I accept that, the better off I'll be.
