Messenger Bag

I made this messenger bag for my daughter Claire from the See Me Sew kit by My Mind's Eye.  It was pretty easy to put together, the only thing I would recommend is adding some fusible interfacing on the outside fabrics to give it a little but more structure.  I was so busy on Friday trying to finish up stuff for the market, but Claire convinced me she needed this bag to go to said market, so she washed the dishes, folded and put away laundry and helped with supper!  How could I say no to that!  So I sewed it after supper and she was very happy.

Love the bag! Trading the bag for a bit of housework seems like a really fine trade to me!

Nice bag! I have a messenger bag with no interfacing, and I like the soft flexibility of it.
