To border or not?

Pin ItI have my blocks pieced together into a top, courtesy of yesterdays snow day.  This is half of the top, its folded over so it ended up being 4 squares across and 5 down.  Anyhow, I wasn't intending to put a border on it, but now am thinking of just a small, maybe 2-3 inch border with the kona ash.  Any opinions out there from my fellow quilters?

Linking up to Quiltstory and Show and Tell Tuesday today.

This quilt really caught my eye! The colors are showstoppers!

I vote no border, but either way it looks great!

I probably wouldn't do a border because it's so eye catching the way it is. A border might take away from that? What color are you planning to bind it in?

I really like it.

I vote no border as well. A friend showed her first quilt last week at our guild meeting and it was a baby size no border pinwheel and we all remarked on how lovely it looked. Yours is very pretty!

Super cute!

If any, I would do a very small red border--no bigger than 1". Really, anything you do with this is gonna be adorable!
